Bus Tour from Antalya to Cappadocia: A Legendary Route
One of Turkey's most popular tour routes is undoubtedly the journey stretching from Antalya to Cappadocia. On this roughly 540-kilometer route, you step from the warm climate of the Mediterranean into the unique geography of Central Anatolia. As ERYA TURİZM, we prioritize comfort and safety on our bus tours along this line.
Route Details and Stop Points
Our standard route on the Cappadocia tour departing from Antalya works as follows: We depart from Antalya early in the morning. Our first stop is Konya — we take a 2-hour break to visit the Mevlana Museum and Sille. We then pass panoramically through Ihlara Valley via Aksaray.
On the first day in the Cappadocia region, which we reach in the afternoon, we visit the Göreme Open Air Museum, Uçhisar Castle, and Avanos pottery workshops. On the second day, the Fairy Chimneys region, Derinkuyu Underground City, and Göreme valley hiking routes are on the itinerary.
Which Bus Type Should You Choose?
Our 50-seat coaches are the most preferred option for the Cappadocia tour. On long journeys, the spacious luggage capacity, seat-back screens, and Wi-Fi connection increase passenger comfort. The 27-seat midibus suits tours inside the valleys, while the 1-5 seat VIP vehicle is ideal for small groups and private tour packages.
Our 50-seat coach can also be used on this route for larger groups. However, considering Cappadocia's narrow roads, a 27-seat midibus is more practical for tours within the region.
