VIP Vehicle Hire

Premium leather seats, individual climate control and generous legroom for executive transfers and special guests.

VIP Vehicle Hire

A VIP vehicle is measured by comfort per passenger, not by capacity. In a 1-5 seat cabin each passenger gets noticeably more space; the seats recline widely and every seat has its own climate vent and reading light. This class makes the difference on short but critical journeys: an executive team travelling from the airport to a meeting can keep working along the way. For the same reason it is chosen for investor visits, artist transfers, special guest pick-ups and as the bride-and-groom car on a wedding day.

What is included in this service?

  • 1-5 seats — noticeably more space per passenger
  • Premium leather seats, individual climate control and privacy curtains
  • Mini bar, mini fridge and wireless charging pads
  • Individual audio with headphones and a quiet cabin
  • Meet-and-greet and refreshments can be arranged on request
  • Name-board welcome, discreet meet-and-greet and confidentiality

How does a VIP vehicle differ from a standard one?

The most visible difference is the cabin layout: a standard minibus packs seats closely, whereas a VIP layout deliberately keeps the seat count low. That leaves every passenger more shoulder and elbow room within the same body width. Seat pitch is also increased, so legroom is noticeably more comfortable on a long trip. The second difference is equipment: individual climate vents, wireless charging, a mini fridge and privacy curtains are not found in standard vehicles. The third is operational — for VIP requests, driver selection, interior cleaning and the meet-and-greet protocol follow a separate checklist.

Which occasions call for a VIP vehicle?

For groups of 1-5 the VIP vehicle is the best balance of comfort and cost; putting a small team in a right-sized vehicle instead of a 27-seat midibus both lowers the cost and speeds up the programme. Executive visits, investor tours, artist transfers, airport meet-and-greet and the bride-and-groom car on a wedding day are the uses we see most often. On a long-distance programme (the Antalya-Cappadocia route, for example) a VIP vehicle turns the journey itself into an enjoyable rather than tiring part of the schedule. For groups above 5 we suggest running the VIP vehicle in convoy with a 14-seat minibus.

Frequently asked questions about VIP Vehicle Hire

Are refreshments and a meet-and-greet service available in the VIP vehicle?

A mini fridge is standard in the vehicle; cold drinks and packaged refreshments are loaded in advance on request. Airport meet-and-greet (with a name board) is a separate item and needs at least 24 hours' notice. For corporate programmes we can add your logo to the name board and arrange a custom refreshment menu.

What do you recommend if we are more than 5 people?

There are two options. First, move the whole group into a 14-seat minibus or a 27-seat midibus — space per passenger drops somewhat but you keep the single-vehicle advantage. Second, use the VIP vehicle for the core team and carry the remaining participants in a second vehicle in convoy. For executive visits and weddings, the second option is chosen more often.

How different is the price of a VIP vehicle from a standard one?

The difference is not a fixed percentage; it varies with route length, season and programme duration. For small groups a VIP vehicle is often cheaper than a midibus, because fuel and vehicle costs are markedly lower. For an exact comparison we prepare two separate quotes on the same programme and present them side by side.
