Every service we run rests on the same core: a D2-licensed vehicle, a driver with SRC and psychotechnical certification, comprehensive plus mandatory per-seat accident insurance, and the pre-departure U-ETDS passenger declaration. These do not vary by package; they are standard on every trip.
What differs between services is the planning. A staff shuttle is timed backwards from the shift and runs on a fixed monthly fee; an airport transfer is built on flight tracking and a waiting policy; a multi-day tour requires the driver's statutory rest periods to be folded into the itinerary. Choosing the right service category matters more than choosing the right vehicle.

Which service should you choose?
Are you planning a one-off journey or a recurring programme? Recurring programmes (staff shuttles, school services) run under a framework contract at a fixed monthly fee; one-off work (transfers, weddings, tours) is priced per trip.
The second question is who sets the timing. A programme tied to a flight time calls for the airport-transfer structure; one tied to shift times calls for the staff-shuttle structure; one you define yourself calls for a tour or driver-included hire.
Third, be clear about your comfort expectation: if the journey exceeds three hours and the group is heading straight into a meeting or event, a VIP coach becomes an option where the comfort gain more than covers the price gap.
