Popular tour routes and vehicle recommendations

The Antalya-Cappadocia corridor is roughly 540 km via Konya; our 50-seat coach is the most-chosen option there thanks to its large hold and seat-back screens. Within the region, however, the narrow valley roads make a 27-seat midibus more practical. The İzmir-Pamukkale-Ephesus triangle works as a day trip or a two-day programme; distances are short, so a 27-seat midibus is enough for most groups. On Black Sea highland tours (Uzungöl, Sultan Murat, Ayder) altitude and gradient are decisive — the midibus class and below are recommended on those routes. On the south-eastern route (Gaziantep-Şanlıurfa-Mardin) distances are long and summer heat is high; strong air conditioning and planning for a second driver are critical there.

How we work with agencies and group organisers

With travel agencies we sign seasonal framework agreements: a fixed unit price for the agreed period, priority vehicle allocation and single-point invoicing. That model removes the burden of renegotiating for every tour during the season. For programme-by-programme work we ask for: the route and overnight stops, number of days, passenger count, whether a guide is travelling, and the estimated number of bags. From that we prepare a quote covering vehicle type, the number of drivers required and road costs. On multi-day programmes the driver's accommodation is usually arranged at the group's own hotel — that lowers the cost and gives flexibility on the next morning's departure time.

Frequently asked questions about Tour Bus Hire

Does a multi-day tour need a second driver?

Daily driving time is legally capped at nine hours, with a mandatory 45-minute break after 4.5 hours of continuous driving. If your programme stays within those limits, one driver is enough. Where long stages are planned — Antalya to Cappadocia plus a regional tour the same day, for example — we recommend a second driver; this is a matter of both legal compliance and genuine safety.

Can you operate tours that cross the border?

Yes. We run cross-border programmes towards Georgia (Batumi), Greece (Thessaloniki) and the Balkans. On those trips, border-crossing fees and Green Card insurance appear as separate items in the quote; passport and visa responsibility for passengers rests with the organiser. Waiting times at the border vary by season, so we advise building slack into the programme.

Do you also arrange guiding and accommodation?

These are separate items from the transport service and are itemised clearly in the quote — and of course you can take vehicle and driver only if you prefer.
