What determines a bus rental price

There is no single list price in vehicle hire; the fee is calculated separately for each programme. That is because the cost components vary greatly from one programme to the next. The same 27-seat midibus produces a completely different cost structure on a three-hour city transfer and on a two-day Cappadocia tour.

The six items below make up the calculation behind every quote we prepare. Sharing the details under these headings when you request a quote lets you get a firm, non-binding price the same day.

The six items that set the price

1. 1Vehicle type and seating capacity — 1-5 VIP, 1-14 minibus, 1-27 midibus or 1-50 coach
2. 2Total distance and route character — including the empty return leg on one-way trips
3. 3Duration of service — half day, full day or multi-day programme
4. 4Season and date demand — summer, public holidays, graduation and wedding season
5. 5Motorway, bridge, ferry and parking fees — itemised separately in the quote
6. 6Driver count and accommodation — a second driver where the nine-hour driving limit is exceeded

How the quotation process works

Send your request by form, phone or WhatsApp; we record the route, date, passenger count and any special requirements. Within the same day we send a quote that clearly lists the vehicle type, duration and every item included.

The quote is non-binding and has a validity period; before approving it you can ask for alternative scenarios — a different vehicle class, a return instead of one-way, a version with a second driver or with overnight stays. We calculate those alternatives and present them side by side.

Once approved, a 30% deposit confirms the booking. The balance can be paid before the service; consolidated monthly invoicing is available for corporate clients. Cancellations notified more than 48 hours in advance receive a full deposit refund.
