Airport Bus Transfer

Flight-tracked pick-up, 60 minutes' free waiting on domestic and 90 on international arrivals, meet-and-greet with a name board.

Airport Bus Transfer

In group airport transfers the biggest risk is not the price of a taxi but the collapse of coordination. Splitting a group of 40 into three separate vehicles at arrivals makes it nearly impossible for everyone to reach the hotel at the same time. A single-vehicle transfer solves that at the root: the group gathers at one point outside the terminal, the luggage goes into one hold, and the hotel is reached in one run. Give us your flight number and our operations team tracks the flight live, dispatching the driver against the actual landing time.

Waiting time and delay policy

Free waiting is 60 minutes from landing on domestic flights and 90 minutes on international ones. That window is designed for passport control, baggage claim and gathering the group, and in practice it covers most transfers. No extra charge is applied for airline-caused delays — even if the flight is three hours late, the driver is simply redirected to the new time. An hourly waiting fee applies only to long, passenger-caused delays that were not notified in advance, and that rate is stated in writing in your quote beforehand. The reason we keep this distinction sharp is simple: it is not right to penalise a customer for a delay outside their control.

Why luggage capacity drives the vehicle choice

Seat count alone is an inadequate criterion for airport transfers. A tour group averages one large suitcase plus one piece of hand luggage per person, and that ratio rises in winter or on long stays. A vehicle with enough seats but a small hold forces passengers to put cases in the aisle — unacceptable for both safety and comfort. That is why our transfer quotes always ask for an estimated luggage count alongside the passenger number. Our 50-seat coach stands out for long-stay groups thanks to its large hold, the 14-seat minibus suits small teams with luggage, and the 1-5 seat VIP vehicle is the right choice for short city transfers and executive pick-ups.

Frequently asked questions about Airport Bus Transfer

Will I pay extra if my flight is delayed?

No. If you shared your flight number at booking, no extra charge is applied for airline-caused delays; the driver is redirected to the new landing time. Free waiting is 60 minutes on domestic and 90 minutes on international flights, counted from touchdown.

Where will the driver meet us?

Our driver waits at the terminal exit holding a board with your group or company name. The meeting point and the driver's phone number are sent to you 24 hours before the transfer. At busy terminals such as Istanbul Airport, we agree on a specific exit gate number in advance.

Can I book the outbound and return transfer together?

Yes, and in most cases it works out better. In round-trip packages we guarantee a fixed departure time for the return leg and block the vehicle's availability for that date from the outset. When the stay exceeds one or two days the coach returns rather than waiting in the region; the quote is then calculated as two separate runs, but a package discount is applied.
