Waiting time and delay policy
Free waiting is 60 minutes from landing on domestic flights and 90 minutes on international ones. That window is designed for passport control, baggage claim and gathering the group, and in practice it covers most transfers. No extra charge is applied for airline-caused delays — even if the flight is three hours late, the driver is simply redirected to the new time. An hourly waiting fee applies only to long, passenger-caused delays that were not notified in advance, and that rate is stated in writing in your quote beforehand. The reason we keep this distinction sharp is simple: it is not right to penalise a customer for a delay outside their control.
