Bus Rental Guide for Wedding Guests
On a wedding day, transportation is one of the most stressful concerns for both the couple and the guests. It is especially important for guests arriving from different neighborhoods, or even different cities, to reach the wedding venue on time and comfortably. How Many Seats Should You Rent?
First, review your guest list. Roughly 70-80% of your wedding guests will use the bus service (some guests arrive with their own vehicles). For example, for a 100-person wedding, you can plan for 70-80 seats. In this case, you can consider two 50-seat coaches, or one coach together with a midibus.
You should also decide based on the age profile of your guests. If there are mostly elderly guests, using more 27-seat midibuses that can pull up closer to the meeting point shortens boarding. For a young and large guest base, the 50-seat coach wins on both capacity and atmosphere.
Route and Timing Plan
The wedding-day route is usually planned as follows: Main gathering point (usually the family home or a central location) -> Wedding venue -> Return. In some events, there may also be additional stops such as going to a venue for photos before noon or pre-wedding hairdresser/visitor tours.
Pay attention to the following on the route: traffic density calculation (30% extra time in the city), bus parking area check (can a bus park in front of the wedding venue?), and the arrival time's compatibility with the wedding program.
