Frequently Asked Questions
Questions and answers about bus rental services.

We recommend booking at least 1-2 weeks in advance during peak seasons (summer, holidays). For corporate and long-term agreements, it is beneficial to contact us 1 month in advance.
Is fuel included in the rental fee?
Our services are provided with driver included. We provide personalized information about fuel status and other details during the quote phase. We offer a transparent quote to every customer.
Which cities do you serve?
We serve all 81 cities in Turkey. We can meet your requests from Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir, Antalya, and all other cities.

Yes, we are a TURSAB Group A member. We hold a D2 authorization certificate and are a UETDS registered company. All our buses are fully insured.
What are your payment terms?

Yes, all our buses come standard with air conditioning, WiFi, TV/DVD system, and USB charging units. Our VIP buses also feature individual climate control, mini bar, and premium sound system.
Are your drivers experienced?
All our drivers have at least 5 years of experience and hold SRC and Psychotechnical certification. They undergo regular health checks and work with a customer satisfaction-oriented service approach. We can also assign the same driver for corporate clients.
What should I do in case of cancellation or changes?
We provide a full refund of your deposit if you notify us at least 48 hours before the reservation. For cancellations within 24-48 hours, 50% of the deposit is deducted. For cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, your deposit is non-refundable. Bus type changes can be made free of charge depending on availability.
How much does bus rental cost and what determines the price?
Vehicle hire pricing is not taken from a fixed list; it is calculated for your specific trip. The main factors are: vehicle type and seating capacity (1-5 seat VIP, 1-14 minibus, 1-27 midibus or 1-50 seat coach), total distance and route, service duration (half day, full day, multi-day tour), season and date pressure, tolls, bridge and parking fees, and any driver accommodation. A one-way transfer and a day tour are priced differently even in the same vehicle. Send us your route, date and passenger count and we will prepare a free, non-binding quote the same day.
What is the difference between a VIP vehicle, minibus, midibus and coach, and which should I choose?
The 1-5 seat VIP vehicle is chosen for executive transfers, airport meet-and-greet and small family groups; it offers premium leather seats, individual climate control and generous legroom. The 1-14 seat minibus is the most economical answer for small teams, family groups and airport transfers with luggage. The 1-27 seat midibus is the standard for staff shuttles, school trips and mid-sized tours, and gives a clear manoeuvring advantage over a full-length coach on narrow, winding roads. The 1-50 seat coach offers the highest capacity and the largest luggage hold in a single vehicle for weddings, festivals and large group events. As a rule, picking a capacity slightly above your headcount leaves room for luggage and last-minute additions. On narrow routes such as the Cappadocia valleys and the Black Sea highlands, the midibus class and below are more practical.
How is a contract set up for employee shuttle services?
Employee transport runs under a monthly or annual framework contract. The process: you share where your staff live and your shift times, we design the route and stop plan and determine the number and type of vehicles. We then issue a quote with a fixed monthly fee based on distance, number of runs and shifts. The contract covers vehicle age, insurance scope, guaranteed backup vehicles, driver replacement rules and the terms applied in case of delay. All legal obligations under our D2 licence and U-ETDS reporting are handled by us. Corporate clients receive consolidated monthly invoicing and trip reporting on request.
Which documents are required for school trips and student transport?
On the vehicle side a school trip requires the D2 operating licence, a valid roadworthiness inspection and comprehensive insurance policy, mandatory per-seat personal accident insurance, and the driver's SRC certificate, psychotechnical report and criminal record check. Filing the U-ETDS passenger declaration before departure is a legal requirement. On the school side, approval from the provincial or district directorate of national education and signed parental consent forms are needed. We deliver all of these documents as a single file to the school administration before departure; every seat in our vehicles has a seat belt as standard, and an extra seat can be assigned for the supervising teacher on request.
In intercity bus rental, who covers tolls, accommodation and driver expenses?
Our standard quote covers the vehicle, driver fee, mandatory insurance and scheduled maintenance. Motorway and bridge tolls, ferry fees, city parking charges and, on multi-day tours, the driver's accommodation and meals are listed as separate line items; on request we can fold them into a single all-inclusive figure. As a matter of policy, no item is added as a surprise after the contract is signed. For cross-border trips (for example Batumi, Thessaloniki or Sarajevo) border crossing fees and Green Card insurance are itemised separately in the quote.
Is there a waiting charge for airport transfers if my flight is delayed?
If you give us your flight number when booking, our operations team tracks the flight live and dispatches the driver according to the actual landing time. Free waiting time is 60 minutes for domestic flights and 90 minutes for international flights, which covers passport control and baggage claim. No extra charge is applied for airline-caused delays. An hourly waiting fee only applies to long, passenger-caused delays that were not notified in advance, and that rate is stated upfront in your quote. Our driver meets you at the terminal exit with a name board.
