How much coach capacity do you actually need?
In practice about 70-80% of invited guests use the coach service; the rest prefer to drive themselves. So for a 100-guest wedding, planning 70-80 seats is enough. That means two 50-seat coaches, or one coach together with a midibus. Guest profile also shapes the decision. Where older guests predominate, using more 27-seat midibuses that can pull up closer to the meeting point shortens boarding and alighting. With a young and large guest list, the 50-seat coach wins on both capacity and atmosphere. A separate VIP vehicle for the bride and groom is chosen in almost every programme. Just share your guest list with us before deciding — we will work out the capacity recommendation.
