Renting a bus with a driver means the vehicle and the driver come as one package: fuel planning, route optimisation, tolls and legal filings are our responsibility. All you provide is the pick-up point, the time and the programme. Half-day, full-day and multi-day hire: what changes

Half-day hire typically covers programmes of up to five hours - one-way or return city transfers such as airport pick-ups, trade-fair shuttles and meeting transfers. Full-day hire gives you a 10-12 hour working window and suits day tours, weddings and out-of-town visits. On multi-day hires the driver's statutory rest periods become part of the schedule: a 45-minute break after 4.5 hours of continuous driving, a maximum of 9 hours behind the wheel per day and 11 hours of uninterrupted daily rest. We plan your programme around these rules and, where needed, assign a second driver so that no time is lost.

From booking to departure: how the process works

When you send your request by form, phone or WhatsApp, we record the route, date, passenger count and any special requirements. Within the same day we send a quote that clearly lists the vehicle type, duration and everything included. Once approved, a 30% deposit confirms the booking. Twenty-four hours before departure we send you the driver's name, the number plate and a contact number, and confirm the meeting point with a map link. On the day, our operations team tracks the vehicle and warns you in advance of any risk of delay. Corporate clients receive consolidated monthly invoicing and trip reports.

Frequently asked questions about Bus Rental with Driver

Who pays for the driver's meals and accommodation?

On single-day trips the driver's costs are included in the quote. On multi-day programmes accommodation and meals appear as a separate line item; on request we can fold them in and give you a single all-inclusive figure. Either way, the amount is stated in writing before the contract is signed.

Can I change the route during the trip?

Minor deviations - an extra stop, a different meeting point - can be arranged with the driver. If total distance or duration increases significantly, the difference is invoiced at the agreed unit rate after the trip. Telling us about changes as early as possible matters, because the driver's statutory driving and rest hours may need replanning.

How far in advance should I book?

Outside peak season, 3-5 days' notice is enough for most routes. During summer, public holidays, graduation and wedding season we recommend planning at least 1-2 weeks ahead; the 50-seat coach and the VIP vehicles fill up quickly in those periods. For corporate and seasonal agreements, getting in touch a month ahead is safest.
